New Technical Service Information: TSI 40 for Cummins
Our new Technical Service Information is now available for Cummins engines: TSI 40. It provides targeted support for workshops to ensure safe and durable engine repairs, with a focus on the correct selection and installation of cylinder liners as the basis for reliable cylinder-head gasket installation.
A key factor for engine durability is the seating of the cylinder liner in the engine block. The contact surface must be clean, flat, and square. Depending on the engine type and year of production, cylinder liners with different outer diameters of 150 mm or 152 mm are used. TSI 40 helps to reliably identify these differences and clearly select the correct cylinder liner.
Clear instructions and detailed illustrations support daily workshop operations by helping to prevent installation errors and to ensure the long-term reliability of the cylinder-head gasket and the engine.
With our Victor Reinz® Technical Service Information, you leverage decades of experience in engine repair and receive practical guidance for safe and long-lasting service.
